Working Process of animal pig Nipple water drinker
When pig wishes to drink, they hold the drinker in its mouth and
bite the valve rod to let the water go through the gap of the valve
plug and sealing ring. When pig stops biting, the return spring
will haul back the valve rod, and the gap is sealed again to stop
the water flowing. This kind of drinker has good sealed performance
and slow water flowing, convenient for pig to drink.
Application of animal pig Nipple water drinker
There’re two kinds of duck-billed pig drinker, the small one with
flow of 2-3L/min, and the big one with flow of 3-4L/min. The small
one is suit for piglet, and the big one is suit for fattening pig
and adult pig.
Installation of animal pig Nipple water drinker
The angle of installation is 45º or horizontal, and the terrain
clearance depends on pig’s weight. The pig waterer should be
installed in defecation area, which is away from pig’s resting
area. The pig water drinker needs to be checked regularly, clean
the dirties, adjust and strength the screws. The component should
be changed timely if there’s any malfunction.

1) How can I place order?
A: You can contact us by email about your order details, or place
order on line.
2) How can I pay?
A: After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. T/T and
Paypal, Western Union are the most usual ways we are using.
3) What’s the order procedure?
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or
Whatsapp. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will
be requested to do pr -epaid full payment or deposit before we go
into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the
order. We usually need 7-15days if we don’t have the items in
stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for
shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been
settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
4) How do you take care when your clients received defective
products?
A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually
credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.
5) How do you check all the goods in the production line?
A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We
check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.
6) What's the MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 1000 pcs for each size.
